3. Sources

Information is collected directly from you, your organisation, authorised systems and integrations, project communications, service logs, referrals, and public business sources where use is lawful and proportionate.

4. Purposes and lawful grounds

  • Respond to requests and provide snapshots, assessments, quotations, products, services, and support.
  • Take steps requested before entering a contract and perform accepted contracts or statements of work.
  • Protect forms, systems, customers, and services; detect abuse; maintain evidence; and investigate incidents.
  • Administer billing, accounting, tax, disputes, compliance, and legal claims.
  • Measure website and campaign performance, improve content and service reliability, and communicate relevant business updates where permitted.
  • Comply with legal obligations and pursue legitimate business interests that do not override individual rights.

5. Cookies, advertising, and analytics

The website may use essential storage, Google advertising measurement, and related analytics technologies. These providers may process device, browser, page, campaign, and conversion information under their own terms. Browser controls and the Privacy Choices page provide available opt-out instructions. Tech Turn does not sell personal information.

6. Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with authorised personnel and contracted providers for hosting, Cloudflare security and delivery, email, form delivery, analytics, payment processing, accounting, professional advice, and approved project integrations. Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role and are expected to protect it. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a lawful business transfer.

7. International processing

Cloud and software providers may process information outside the Philippines. Tech Turn uses provider contracts, access controls, data minimisation, and other appropriate safeguards according to the service and risk involved.

8. Retention

Enquiry and assessment records are kept only while needed for response, follow-up, security, and defensible business records. Contract, billing, tax, support, and project evidence may be retained for the applicable contractual, statutory, limitation, and audit periods. Data is deleted, anonymised, or securely isolated when it is no longer required, subject to backups and legal holds.

9. Security

Measures include least-privilege access, secure transport, hardened response headers, validation and size limits, abuse controls, protected secrets, audit records, backups where applicable, and incident handling. No system is risk-free; do not submit passwords, private keys, patient records, financial credentials, or unrelated confidential files through public forms.

10. Individual rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, erasure or blocking, object to or restrict processing, request portability, withdraw consent, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. Requests may be submitted through Privacy Choices. Identity, authority, and scope may be verified before action is taken.

11. Business-customer data

When Tech Turn processes personal information solely on a customer's documented instructions, the customer normally determines the purpose of processing. Requests concerning that data may be referred to the customer, and the relevant contract or data-processing terms control.

12. Children

Tech Turn's business services are not directed to children. Public forms should not be used to submit information about a child unless the submission is lawful, necessary, and authorised for the stated business purpose.

13. Automated systems and AI

Automation and AI may assist with classification, drafting, summaries, prioritisation, and recommendations. Tech Turn designs production workflows around defined approvals and human accountability. The website does not make solely automated decisions intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

14. Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected] or through Privacy Choices.
